I purchased a Glencairn Glass Set of 4 and a Custom Monogrammed Glass. The standard set arrived pretty fast and the glasses are excellent, as expected. However, the personalized glass took much longer to ship than I anticipated, about 10 days to reach me in California. The engraving itself looks good, but the wait time for custom items could be clearer. Overall, good value for the non-personalized items.

Can confirm, they're definitely lead-free. It's not like the old days with lead crystal, these are safe for drinking. Most modern crystal is. Mine have been through the dishwasher a ton too, no issues.

I've been dishwashing mine for years without any issues. Even the ones I got engraved still look good. They're pretty sturdy.

It's the real deal. If you look at the bottom of the glass, it should say 'The Glencairn Glass' molded into it. That's usually the easiest way to tell it's authentic. This store only sells genuine ones.

Norlan are cool, but the Glencairn is just the classic. It's designed specifically for nosing and tasting whisky, really concentrates the aromas. Norlan tries to do something similar but with a different aesthetic.

Honestly, it's a preference thing. The Glencairn is the standard for a reason; it's robust and does the job perfectly. Norlan are double-walled and look sleek, but I don't think they improve the tasting experience over a Glencairn, just different.

Had a broken one once, they were pretty good about it. Just contact customer service with a pic, I think they sent a replacement pretty quickly.

It wasn't a hassle for me. I just sent them an email with a photo of the broken glass and my order number. They got a new one sent out within a few days, no need to return the broken one. They pack them really well usually, so it's rare.
